Vicaro Events was founded by Victoria and Caroline, two friends and professionals brought together through their work in healthcare, where organization, communication, and attention to detail were a crucial part of everyday life.

Working in a fast-paced environment taught them how to manage important deadlines with calm, care, and precision — skills that naturally carried into event planning.

As two married women who both experienced the excitement, emotion, and stress that comes with planning a wedding, they both developed an even deeper appreciation for meaningful, thoughtful coordination and planning. Their wedding journeys inspired them to create a company that helps others enjoy those beautiful, once-in-a - lifetime memories, with less stress and more confidence.
